WELCOME TO MY WORKOUT PAGE!

Hello! As you know, I am huge on physical activity and sports. This page dives into my workout routines, inspirations, and training philosophy.

Currently known as one of the strongest and most mentally tough athletes alive, retired Navy SEAL David Goggins is a huge influence on my workouts. He created the 40% rule, which inspires me to always push past my perceived limits. In every session, I aim to do one extra rep, outwork my partners, and stay committed for unusually long periods.

Working out isn't just about lifting weights. As an athlete, I incorporate football and agility drills like the one shown above. These exercises improve balance, foot coordination, speed, and overall athleticism. They align muscles, tendons, and ligaments for peak performance on and off the field.

Lifting weights becomes more exciting when inspired by legends like Ronnie Coleman, famous for his record-breaking lifts and the slogan "Yeahhhh Buddyyy!" He motivates me to push my limits. My current max lifts include a 535lb squat, 315lb bench, 285lb power clean, and 500lb deadlift. Weightlifting gives me a healthy outlet to set goals, challenge myself, and enjoy the progress I make in both mind and body.

Working out is not just a physical challenge; it’s a mental one too. It teaches discipline, perseverance, and focus. Whether through heavy lifts, agility drills, or endurance challenges, each session shapes me into a stronger, healthier, and more motivated individual.
